Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to Paroies using the same Apple or Google account you used before. If you previously used Facebook or cannot sign in, use the support route below.

2. Tap the person icon on the home screen to open Grown-up corner.

3. Choose “Delete my Paroies account”, then confirm “Delete everything”. This is permanent.

This deletes the account, family profile, sessions, stories, recordings and subtitles, and requests deletion of private AI voices from ElevenLabs. Wait for any story being generated to finish. If provider deletion fails, an error is shown; retry or contact support.

Delete only a voice or story

For a private voice, use the trash button under “Your voice, your choice” in Grown-up corner and confirm deletion. Wait for stories using that voice to finish. This does not delete story recordings already created.

For a story, open it from your library, tap the trash button and confirm “Delete story”. The story, recording and subtitles are removed. A story still being generated must finish first.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@sales-flex.com with the subject “Paroies data deletion request”. Include your sign-in provider and, if available, your account ID or the email shared by the provider. Explain whether you want the whole account or specific content deleted. We may need to verify account ownership.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, access tokens, identity documents or a child’s voice recording in your initial request. Mention if you used Apple’s private relay email.

Remaining records and other accounts

Operational/security logs and backups may remain separately under their normal cycles or legal obligations. Provider retention practices may also apply. Contact support for requests covering these records.

Uninstalling Paroies, signing out or disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete your account. Deleting your Paroies account does not delete your Apple, Google or Facebook account.
